Howard Kirschen, MD, is a psychiatrist specializing in Child Psychiatry, also working with Adolescents, Adults, and Seniors.  The early years of life are vital to the healthy mental and physical development of a child.

According to the Centers for Disease Control, 1 in 6 children aged 2 to 8 will display a diagnosable behavioral, developmental, or mental disorder.  As children grow into adolescence and adulthood, the number of diagnosable conditions increases.
